SHOCKING NEW Poll 2026 Senate Map: Maine Senate Race Is Too Close
SHOCKING NEW Poll 2026 Senate Map: Maine Senate Race Is Too Close
NEW POLL sends a warning in the must-win Maine Senate race as Graham Platner leads Susan Collins, but the race remains extremely close and inside the margin of error. In this video, we break down the latest Maine Senate polling, the tightening trend in June, and why Susan Collins’ history of outperforming polls could matter again in 2026.
Maine is one of the most important Senate battlegrounds on the map, and Democrats likely need this seat if they want a realistic path to Senate control. Platner currently has a narrow lead in recent polling, but Collins has repeatedly found a way to beat expectations in past elections — including in 2020.
We’ll look at the newest Siena College poll, compare it with other recent Maine polls, and explain why Platner may need to build a larger lead before Election Day if he wants to overcome Collins’ past polling strength.
Do you think Graham Platner can defeat Susan Collins in Maine, or will Collins find a way to win again? Let me know in the comments.

The new Maine poll shows Platner narrowly ahead, but the race is still inside the margin of error.
That matters because Susan Collins has a long history of outperforming expectations, especially in 2020.
The big question now is whether this is just normal tightening — or a real warning sign for Platner.
What do you think explains the shift in Maine?

Look, this is up to Maine. But just so Mainers know – If you're a democrat and you aren't at those polls in Oct-Nov to vote in Platner…the rest of blue America will decend upon your great State and eat every lobster you have. So you can't have any more. Ever. You have been warned. 😏

It should not be that close seeing Collins is just Trumps' slave to do his bidding but it is close. Guess some Maine voters like to be abused and want to keep their Sadistic master Trumps' slave Collins

The other outlier is the voter suppression efforts by republicans. Will they interfere at the polls?

Collins has her nose up Trump's a*s and he is helping her with money for projects in Maine to pump up her falling popularity.

How can Collins have this much support ? She supports Trump , that she be enough to destroy her chances .

Well presented. Just looking at the polls, it appears to be a toss up. However, if Collins has a history of outperforming the polls, she has a very good chance of success.

Seems like to me that Collins is using Rocky Balboa strategy, the first few rounds Shes comes out getting knocked down and beat up but always comes out victorious at the end
