3 Minute Guided Nighttime Meditation – Letting Go Of The Day
Often turning off and falling asleep can be one of the hardest things to do. The mind continues to race and worry, resisting giving itself to the night. This short guided meditation can be listened to each night before bed in order to help prompt a shift in mental state away from anxiety or overthinking and towards positivity, relaxation, appreciation, and wonder. Let the day go, and go to sleep. Tomorrow is a new day.
