Often turning off and falling asleep can be one of the hardest things to do. The mind continues to race and worry, resisting giving itself to the night. This short guided meditation can be listened to each night before bed in order to help prompt a shift in mental state away from anxiety or overthinking and towards positivity, relaxation, appreciation, and wonder. Let the day go, and go to sleep. Tomorrow is a new day.

    Thank you for making this meditation, I come back to it every time I have something that I’m reaaaally stressed and nervous about the next day and it really helps me to get my mind off it

    thank you so much for this! this video was so wonderful and was just what i needed to wind down tonight. i liked how positive and energetic it was. i like how it motivated me without making me feel too guilty. over all, amazing job!
