Not making excuses for anything but many many restaurants have a server room (closet) that has an ancient computer running something like Windows XP on it still. A ton of Point of Sale software still runs on early windows versions for whatever reason.

I used to go here often. They had really decent beer selections and they were cheaper than most other places in DC. The pizza was good by DC standards (pizza is awful in DC overall). It seemed like a completely normal, pretty cool place to drink after work. The ONLY thing that was odd in retrospect was that they catered to families with children with their multiple ping-pong tables that were free iirc. You could go and play ping pong and eat and drink and there were always young families there.
