I think that Donal Trump has done everyone a service here. His (alleged) criminal shenanigans has provided a lot of YouTube lawyers the material to explain criminal cases and discuss the various intricacies involved. Even though I am “across the pond” and therefore don’t have any direct investment into the outcome, I am following it, and having background into the legal proceedings, terminology, etc. being explained like this is really helpful. It’s things like the “custodian of records” – a term I have not heard before. It makes sense that this is required, but it had not crossed my mind.

I have so many questions with all this. Why didn't Daniel's and or McDougall try to sell their story to someone other than the national enquirer? I would think such information would be highly sought after by any of Trump's opponents. I am also simultaneously baffled and impressed that these idiots thought it was a good idea to use campaign finance dollars for such hush money when they are supposedly rich. Just get the cash and make it happen. I really hope everyone involved goes to jail.
Lastly, I am not a lawyer, but isn't being held in contempt a violation of Trump's pretrial release?

I note that every single Trump supporter insisting that "It's no big deal to pay off a pornstar to influence an election" was absolutely appalled that Bill Clinton admitted to even HAVING an affair.
