@Trixiethegoldenwitch Obama refuse to directly help Black people and acted like a Republican like Bill Clinton (Moderate- centrist), but getting Bin Laden, Obamacare was a moderate success, apologizing for Iraq war, and bailing out bankers so there wouldn't be no depression many believe he's an above average president (Obama isn't among the big three of course: Washington, Lincoln, and FDR).

So when i hear people arbitrarily bigging up Obama simply based on the fact that his a"black man" is something else.
Im South African by the way and can tell that shit dont fly seeing very few are exempt of neoloconial/neoliberal tendencies of imperialist lackeys.
Don't know if the rest of the global south sees Obama in the same light, starting with Palestine/Yemen/Syria/Libya/ won't even start with the listerosis plagued chicken exported to African countries nor of AFRICOM and subsequent building of army basis in west Africa.

I dream of the day fd finally expands on how much the US gains with wars economically, a good chunk of americans dont even realise that. There will never be a time the US wont ve meddling in wars, whether directly or not, because the revenue it gives its worth more to these politicians than the lives they lose, but yall dont wanna hear me you just wanna dance

I was a kid when obama was president both times. But i do have a question i guess. Was he really so bad if they never let him do much of anything. For some reason i remember him getting A TON (Especially compared to the current dictator) Of pushback for everything that honestly would have been good for all Americans. Is that true?

When Kamala Harris ignored and belittled the Palestinian crisis in Gaza and didn't attend the Bitcoin conference in the midst of a Bitcoin Bull run, I knew she just severed her support with Muslims and cryptocurrency fan base. Since I was in the South, South Georgia to be exact, I knew she was going to lose.

I broke with the DNC shortly after Obama's election, when I watched Joe Biden go on The Daily Show With Jon Stewart and – when asked about class inmequality and the fact that the average American can't afford a $400 emergency – say (to paraphrase):
"Look Jon, we all know how it works in America: It's socialism for the rich and capitalism for everyone else, and we are not gonna change that".
Shortly thereafter, Biden and Obama proved it when they oversaw the greatest transfer of wealth (bailout) from the American taxpayer to the private banking sector in US history. So "Liberal".
Stop calling Liberals "The Left" and "Leftists". They are not to the "left" of anything and they are not your friends.
Both Clintons were terrible, NAFTA was a disaster, in 2016 the DNC deliberately blew it and started running-to-lose so they'd have an orange GOP scapegoat for economic policies that benefit their class, and everyone knows that when it came to beating Trump, Bernie would have won.

One thing I criticize Obama for was his essential abandonment of the midwestern democrat. There was no compromise and by the time Clinton ran in 2016 they were dead or dying out in their states. This complete retreat is what broke the blue wall and obama had 8 YEARS to find ways to secure coast lines like in florida, the carolinas, and push into the south east but did absolutly nothing

This episode felt very tone deaf to me. There were some really good points but I disagree with the glossing over of how and why FBA was even started. I actually enjoy the idea of us creating our own name as people (like Soulanni) because at least we have a hand in how we tell our story.
But your video completely misses the point for the root of frustration as to why many Black Americans said “Stay at home.” But forget to mention we also said “rest, recover, care for your communities” at home so that we didn’t end up as meat shields for firing squads at the next round of protests. Which is viably okay to rest.
I have back-and-forth issues with many of your takes within different video essays, but I understand where you’re coming from most of the time even when I disagree. I think that you could add more balanced insight because it does feel lopsided.

I've predicted most of the major moves in politics over the last several years. I predicted a Trump presidency back when I was in middle school in 2008. I knew Trump would return with a spiteful vengeance when Biden took office. I knew Kamala would fumble the bag. Obama broke a glass ceiling but his status quo policies and inability to change the establishment built a concrete one in its place. I honestly think the next black president will be a Republican. The signs point to Republicans encouraging division and strife amongst minorities as they nominate a black candidate to be their version of Obama. They'll look for a well spoken conservative to mirror the charismatic moderate liberal Obama.
