I feel like Sona has been trained through 15 years with Conan to be able to hear every possible negative angle any feedback or review could possibly be interpreted by him. With this one, it’s a great point and didn’t even occur to him 😂

The fan did not specify that it was a head-MRI, the guys just assumed. You are more non-head than head, so it is very likely the guy had to get the knee MRI-ed. Be it as it may, as long as it is not the lungs, you usually fixate the thing to be MRIed into place, so even if you would laugh, the knee, hand, foot, even HEAD, will not move AT ALL. (maybe in the US MRis are different, but here in Europe with fix people into place). So their argument is invalid.
