I know this is a topic that annoys people, but I'm only spitting facts: The best thing you can do to stick it to the fat cats and help the environment is to go vegan!

6:24 Olestra was an example of scientists not quite thinking everything through. They were so enamored with the fact they had created a substitute fat product, they did not consider what happens to that "fat" if the body cannot break it down!
