The American Revolution’s Biggest Lie

Reese Waters | July 5, 2026

This July 4th weekend, on the 250th birthday of these United States, means getting honest about its founding. We know the hypocrisy of the “freedom” espoused by America’s founding fathers, but what about the fathers themselves? What about the soldiers? There were Black people entwined in this nation’s history from the very beginning. Black History is American History. Go to my sponsor https://aura.com/reesewaters to get a 14-day free trial and see if any of your data has been exposed.

From Crispus Attucks to James Armistead to Frederick Douglass, America has never made a step forward without Black American blood, sweat & tears being spilled for it. But true to out lot in this country, its never credited, until now. 250 years of waiting if long enough.

Don't forget about the Chasseurs-Volontaires, the Haitian regiment that fought in Georgia. We have always been here. We fought for promises never kept, but still we remain hopeful.

Cord wood would be a length of a log (usually abt 3 feet) sliced into 3s or 4s lengthwise; it's a piece of firewood for the fireplace. Not something you would ever want to be clocked with!

G'day y'all. If President Rock-Spider wants to take you back to the Jim crow days, use the language like it was back then. Make America Gay Again. Gay used to mean happy, joyous, celebrate. That will drive the MAGA Cult crazy. 👍🏽😅. There's a great documentary called "The American experiment" that dropped on Netflix. On the 10th January 1776, Thomas Paine wrote a best seller called "Common Sense". Very important reading for that time.
Huge respect for all the veterans 🇦🇺🫡. Huge respect for all the folk's turning out, saying "🤬 NAH" 8647 this corrupt arsehole of a Rock-Spider President. 👏🏽. It's illegal to be a Nazi in my country. Stralya. Havagudon y'all on your 250th. ,🍻🤙🏽 Cheers mates 🇦🇺🕊️🙏🏽✌🏽🥃😎

I've known this for 20 years, and the greatest reason I am always looking side eyed at white people around me. Because they are deluded by their fantasies.

Our greatest failure as a people was to not venerate Malcolm X, and to follow Martin. For Martin was swaddling and cuddling our enemies with hope that our oppressor would see fit to stop oppressing us. It has been more than 500 years and we are still marching. Even towards the end Martin also realized that it's not possible to appease the white. That our only supposed allies were our greatest enemy. And that no white man, none, has ever done the right thing for the sake of righteousness, but was dragged there kicking and screaming and against his will. For what reason should I celebrate a people that needed to be dragged to the correct position against their will? Putting a timeline on my freedom? And a boundary on my liberty?

This has always been what it is and what it will always be. Every celebration of America and all it's hypocrisy and lies is by far and by right a slap in the face of black people. The entire point of whiteness is to do harm to no end and to be celebrated for giving them the privilege of doing it to us.

When you eyeball the word, "ALL", in the Constitution just understand that was meant with distinction and not without exception and the empirical receipts are inexhaustive.
