Ok so just a quick google… 14th amendment grants citizenship to naturalized and born citizens. Basically just saying they are protected under the law. The 6th is the right to a speedy trial. There's a few other details in it but it's most related to giving the right to defend themselves in court.
How either of these applied to the interrogation or interview that was going on is baffling. I mean at most the 14th means he has the right to the 5th. That's about it. The 6th appears to be mostly unrelated.
