This Cave Has Been Frozen Since the Last Ice Age I NOVA I PBS

NOVA PBS Official | January 2, 2026

This cave in Canada remains frozen every summer—and it’s been frozen since the last Ice Age 10,000 years ago. What can it tell us about Earth’s future climate?

I've been in a few caves in Alberta Canada…I live in Edmonton Alberta Canada….. One on the edge of the Canadian Rockies, Cadimum caves ( now permanently closed) and when in hundreds of meters but I've never encountered anything like what this place is like. Thank you for showing something that that I never realized was in my province. And unique in the whole world

I understand that Ice Ages can cause earthquakes after they melt. But are such quakes as bad as ones caused by fault lines? I would not think so.

Lol yes, that's called equilibrium. The flood and the ice ages trapped them in there and they will eventually thaw out because the earth is getting to come back to its equilibrium.

ā€œThe Last Ice Ageā€ implies there have been multiple ā€œIce Ages.ā€ Our planet operates in cycles. Carbon dioxide is necessary to plant growth.
Politics has been known to muddy ā€œThe Science.ā€

Look at the perpetual ice cave near Grants, NM. In volcano a vent tube, ice was harvested in late 1800s and early 1900s, open to the public. Growing ice all year long

šŸ˜‡ 2nd Peter 3:7-9 But The Heavens And The Earth, Which Are Now, by The Same Word Are Kept In Store, And Are Reserved Unto Fire Against The Day Of Eternal Judgment And Perdition Of Ungodly Man-Kind. But, Beloved, "Be Not Ignorant Of This One Thing", That One Day Is With The Lord As A Thousand Years, And A Thousand Years As One Day. The Lord Is Not Slack Concerning His Promise, "As Mere Mortals Count Slackness"; But Is Longsuffering To Us-Ward, Not Willing That Any Should Perish, But That All Should Come To Repentance. šŸ¤—

If we are worried so much about Carbon than why are our Government's not planting more trees and plants ..this is the only way to help the heating up of our planet ..Stop deforestation …this is the main reason our planet is getting hotter ..deforestation but we do not hear nothing about it at all…Government's want to fight carbon plant more trees and plants ..they are the coolers of our planet …This is what needs to be done not worrying about livestock ,automobiles , etc and also brainwashing people that fully electric vehicles create no carbon ….they make way more ..creating that battery ..EV's are not going to help ..planting trees etc should be our number one priority ….but it is not … we here nothing from our Government's ..hush..hush

I'm so sick and tired of the 'human caused' climate change religion being shoved down my throat. Climate change is NOT human created. How do we know the cycle of things that all this is NOT normal? The earth was WAY warmer than it is now before humans could even think about doing anything.

Such a neat place too bad it's closed to the public , one scientist said last time the world was warmer, history repeating itself , twice as much carbon, sounds like , there is a natural cycle of the earth cooling and warming.

Amazing video. The origin of an ice age is a mystery as long as you don't know that our planet suffers from a cycle of seven natural disasters. This is mentioned in various old books and it is also clearly visible in the many horizontal layers of the earth that we find all over the world. There is a ninth planet in our solar system that astronomers say is invisible. That planet orbits our sun with an eccentric orbit and comes close to the sun and the planets once every few thousand years and disappears back into the universe after its passage at high speed. During that crossing, the planet causes a huge tidal wave, thousands of meters high, due to its strong gravitational pull. All water above 5000 feet freezes. When that planet has crossed the ecliptic planes of the other planets the gravitational pull diminishes and the frozen water falls back to the earth. ā€œIn blocks as big as mountainsā€ says a legend. So the ice layer is formed in a few days! The last time was in the year 10,844 BCE. There is convincing and ample evidence for the existence of this cycle. The last time this planet was seen from Earth was shortly before the start of our era. To learn much more about planet 9, the recurring flood cycle and its timeline, the re-creation of civilizations and ancient high technology, read the e-book: "Planet 9 = Nibiru". It can be read on any computer, tablet or smartphone. Search: invisible nibiru 9

Lmao gotta keep pumping out propaganda. If its melted before and also refroze all before humans supposedly then its a normal thing that just happens no matter what we do or don't do right?????
