    A very poor title seeing that meditation is the subject here, science is merely people trying to write stuff down on paper to prove what actually exists. Buddhism has been right for 2000 years. Science is still trying to be right.

    God Shiva Created Meditation himself (first Adiyogi) and Buddha followed him and enlightened. Later Buddha's followers separated Buddhism and Said There's no God.
    If there's no God then there's no Buddha.

    if anybody is skeptical about this, they can just do it for 15 days everyday just 10 mins and later decide for themselves if they want to continue, you can always stop doing it if you didn't find it useful

    Supposedly the Uk was arguably the leading country of science in the world during the 18th 19th and 20th century

    But I managed to outperform British spies in science single-handedly

    Imagine what an entire nation of super Empaths like me would do

    I SUGGEST TO ALL MY DEAR PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD. IF YOU ARE SUFFERING FROM ANXIETY FEAR OR PHOBEA …MEDITATION WILL CURE YOU . TRUST ME …ITS MY PETSONAL EXPERIENCE. u just have to sit in a silent room play a soulful music and just need to focus on one point . Don't close or eye . Just make a red colour dot on a a4 white paper put it on a wall or anything straight to ur face at a 5 or 6 feet distance. Focus on the dot for 30 mins daily and say you can do it …….. try it

    Wouldn’t have done it without them

    Specially since I came from hell

    How will they stop me from meditating? Delete some meditation YouTube videos?

    As if I can’t just go and find new ones 😂

    You would have to delete all meditation material on interment even then I could still get books and meditate like ancient sages

    You are not your mind, you have a mind that needs to be managed. Your mind will always believe whatever you tell it, be careful what you tell it. You only tell it with the truth, faith, positiveness, and loving kindness. Listen to your heart, not your head. "Meditate" twice daily to keep yourself be yourself and believe in yourself; for thus, you have more joy and happiness in life..

    thumbs down for saying "more dense" instead of "denser". learn how to conjugate adjectives via qualifiers, child.
    Also, you mispronounced the word "telomere". Learn how to speak before you make YouTube videos. 👎

    Thanks to all the monitoring spirits who motivated me to start meditation and continued to inspire me through and through. Sometimes on daily basis and many times per day

    It’s been 8 years now on my meditation journey

    They utilised their precious tools, time, energy, good deeds, resources, expertise, training to make me find the best developmental gift ever

    Also, thanks Marocan monitoring spirits. Your diligent endeavours to develop humanity are appreciated!

    0:50 I meditated when narcs spent energy to destroy me. So they were giving me huge amounts of energy instead of taking from me. I think doctors will be shocked if they scan my brain now 🙂

    I’ve very enlarged area of problem-solving, brilliant emotional regulation, high-critical thinking skills to make up my own ideas. V. Good frontal lobe for wisdom. Enlarged pineal gland for access to infinite divine blessings and universe wisdom. Even the areas of emotional pain regulation, joy, love, compassion and all the good areas have been enlarged thanks to narcs

    Not only that but they were the reason that other brains in my body outside of my head opened. The electromagnetic field of my heart is 50 times more powerful than my brain perhaps. Even though my brain is so potent. I can do unbelievable stuff with the brain cells in my heart. Even control other people ‘s brains by waves although I refrain from doing that unless it’s an absolute necessity
