17:35 I was expecting the additional explanation that the food and medicine we sent to other countries wasn't "free". USAID paid US FARMERS and other US COMPANIES for the items that we sent. THIS HELPED THE US ECONOMY.
This is another infuriating aspect of Republicans — they're so busy throwing a tantrum over what someone else gets that they don't see anything else. If they were simply self-serving, they wouldn't miss that. This makes them evil, not selfish. They want to withhold good things from everyone else, no matter how much that negatively impacts themselves. It's all about hating others. That's evil.

I love you guys, BUT…gotta keep your facts straight. Black pepper does not "activate" turmeric. The piperine in black pepper helps you absorb the curcumin in turmeric more effectively. Piperine also helps you absorb creatine and beta alanine better.
Also, stop adding lemon juice to anything containing creatine! The citric acid degrades to creatine down to creatinine. Creatinine is the waste product of creatine (and a metabolite of other things). The citrate helps fuel your Krebs cycle.
If you can tolerate the paresthesia (tingling sensation), adding beta alanine to your regimen would be incredibly beneficial. Beta alanine aids in recovery and muscular endurance. Do your beta alanine pre workout, too. I supplement creatine post workout. It's absorbed more effectively and creatine has to be phosphorylated before it can be used or stored (phosphocreatine). Dropping the terminal phosphate atom from ATP creates ADP. That's how you benefit from creatine. Adenosine diphosphate is the energy producing compound.

Trumpâs cuts on everything is now putting stress on our mental institutions. My sister has been diagnosed since she was 16. Sheâs been in the system. She is 63 and they are shutting the doors and kicking out the mentally disturbed whatever he says somebody else is doing. The other countries are sending us their mentally ill. Trump just opened the doors for the ones in the United States

Since you guys were talking about Reagan defunding mental health facilities let's not forget that one of the first things he did as president was to take the solar panels down from the White House and sign a 50 year deal with OPEC. This drastically slowed our progress on solar and eliminated hybrid and EV interest in America literally killing the EV1 which would have put us decades ahead of the rest of the world in that market. Which , not for nothing , could have slowed the global warming process to a crawl. This is the guy the republicans leaned on as their savior before Trump came along and as bad as Reagan was for the country and the world Trump is so much worse in every aspect…đ¤¨

I said in 2024 when he "won" the election, this is going to be the greatest transfer wealth from the bottom to the top this country has EVER seen. And we are only at the start of this mess. None of this will matter when Thwaites breaks off of Antarctica, thatâll be 10 feet of sea level rise almost immediately, in other words doom for us all and itâll occur within the next 10 years most likely. As someone who works in cancer care, can we be clear that it's not the people treating patients that are not wanting to treat patients until they're in worse condition? We get to do what the insurance companies want us to do, our hands are frequently tied by what they will approve for treatment, not what the doctor wants to treat with.

Could cover so much ground on every topic and issue while keeping it entertaining. Something high school students will have to watch when they have a substitute teacher for history class or.
I think it would be fun, informative, rewarding, unifying audiences, cutting commentary, and above all funny!

There could be a local theater adaptation where ushers dressed like the White House uber driver, hand out Mcburgers and diet cokes for donations. Performers interact with the audience, maybe a narrator? The after hours performances could be more racy?
Kinda think I am inspired old theater troupes that would speak out against the abuse by kings and lords through theater to fight against serfdom, or later community activists against indentured servitude, but you know, modern. Even old Bill had views on the aristocracy framed in humor.

I know it's the "jokes", but why does both sides always fall back on bashing video game players? You have a video game player right here that IS playing this video while playing. I don't have a ton of free time after work and this is what relaxes me. I don't get why Titus is always going on about cars, just like someone that might always go on about gun, but those topics are THEIR thing.
