    Dear trent

    I am writing you this in poor health, I am currently undergoing double aortal bypass surgery. I have politely declined my doctors repeated efforts to sedate me. I will not be dozing off while he shares my 12th grade highschool yearbook photo with his staff. He has repeatedly denied any knowledge or intention of this plan. He will not prevail in his efforts. That is to say of course the anesthesia, not heaven forbid the double bypass in wich he will hopefully succeed. It is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain my train of the thought. The pain is excruciating. It is of the upmost importance that this letter reach you in a timely fashion so that I might request that you also cease your laughing at my yearbook photos as well. Though I will hopefully have made a recovery by the time my letter reaches you I sincerely hope you are not still laughing at the photos when this letter arrives.
