Nice to see a fellow psychedelic "shaker". Psilo seems to give me the shakes the most. They can be pretty intense and almost aggressive. Sometimes it might just be an arm or a leg… but other times it's like a whole body vibration. But it just feels like a physical release of my stored up negative energy/thoughts/feelings. I feel so much more at ease and at peace afterwards. Even happens when I microdose… just to a significantly lesser extent.

Epigenetics is just how your inherited parent genes express based on what happens to you in life – you can go one way or another based on genetics with a higher likelihood in whatever direction- epigenetics is what modulates that difference (your genetics dont define you, basically.)

Yes, it’s in the body! I was a clinical psychologist for 18 years and recently became just a coach, teaching physical healing tools (along with inquiry, embodiment, silent meditation). Therapists don’t know anything about how healing really happens. And it’s not just catharsis. It’s self healing of the root pain, using your own Awareness. Totally possible. Don’t need psychedelics or MDMA either. We all have a ton of pain to heal.
