Few films have earned the dreaded NC-17 rating, but how far is too far? For these films, the line between artistry and exploitation is a thin one.

THE ABUSE ENDURED BY FRED LESBIAN – Since middle school it's been unrelenting. Each time I introduce myself I'm met with derisive laughter. When I started at Dairy Queen the manager almost fell off the toilet when he heard my name. Fred Lesbian? What kind of name is that? Of course I want it to stop! So you can say good-bye to Fred Lesbian forever because a week from now my name-change will be recorded, legally. A week from now I won't be known as Fred Lesbian ever again. A short week from now I'll be free of the terrible name that's caused a lifetime of pain and cruelty. This week I'm Fred Lesbian. Next week I'm Ted Lesbian. Praise the Lord!

Honestly I'm of yhe opinion that nobody under 27 should legally be able to consent to nude scenes, people under that age, especially girls, are vulnerable to manipulation by Predatory directors and they're not mature enough to understand the potential ramifications of their actions.

Plus nobody wants to see naked kids.

If you value art more than your own body, I can't respect that, sorry. Nothing shy of an apocalyptic extinction event is worth sacrificing yourself and your integrity for.

Interesting list. Here's a few more for anyone who is interested in the topic. BROKEN ENGLISH, (Gregor Nicholas)1996. IRREVERSIBLE (Gaspar Noe) 2002. SALO, OR THE 120 DAYS OF SODOM (Pier Paolo Pasolini) 1977. LAST TANGO IN PARIS (Bernardo Bertolucci) 1972. I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE (Mier Zarchi) 1978 (102 minute uncut version). IN THE REALM OF THE SENSES (Nagasi Oshima) 1976. Many more exist.

The only thing more ludicrous than sleeping with Marilyn Monroe without taking plenty of creative liberties with her is the thought of JFK sexually assaulting her or anyone else for that matter. He didn't have to. He wasn't some Kennedy wannabe, he WAS Kennedy!

Really, that a President of the United States never sexually assaulted anyone, Trump come to mind. Why would any other man in this office do any different. People seem to forget we only have had less than 50 men hold that office and yet until Trump or Kennedy no else maybe besides Clinton but he just lied to Congress. I mean, really, asking a married man on live television whether he had sexual relations with his mistress while his wife is in the same room. Yes, every humans has always to.d the truth when asked about an affair while his wife was present….

Requiem is not an easy watch. It's a literal gut punch to your souls gut. If you do decide to watch it, don't plan on enjoying the rest of your day, no matter what it is your doing.

What's crazy is that what used to be an NC-17 rating is now available for streaming by anyone on Netflix, including horny teenage boys. At least dial-up Internet was available by the time I was 15.

I don't really have any problem with having a NC 17 rating in principal . Maybe some films didn't deserve the rating but ….. I suspect studios are more worried that they won't make more money.

Can we stop with all of this fear of the nipple nonsense? WE are MAMMALS! This means: OF THE MAMMARY. We ween from mammies! Men and women both have nipples. Yet uptight pious self-righteous Americans want to censor freedom. How many of you have been permanently corrupted upon seeing a nipple?
