This whole 'AI is evil' idea that has permuted popular culture is wild, tbh. Do you think society at large behaved this way when the assembly line or the steam engine or the Internet were invented? This technology IS the future in many different industries, and it will be a major part of all of our lives forevermore – being upset about it will change nothing at all. It will just make you upset.
It reminds me most of those mom protesters, "Peaceaholics", who decided that Grand Theft Auto was some sort of loving tribute to murder and robbery sight unseen and decided to hate it on principal. They sent demand letters to Rockstar basically demanding that they destroy their entire business and commit ritual Sepiku (seriously go peep this demand list 😂😂😂). How did it go? Is GTA banned? Did ANYTHING at all happen as a result? No. You're fighting the current.
