honestly, the Liver King may be a bit extreme, but his tenants are pretty solid, like being ground and connected to nature, pushing yourself, not being afraid of fear, keeping active, reducing time on technology, keeping phones out of the bedroom, taking time to just sit with yourself. Seems like a really genuine, kind and happy guy. Don't think he needs to be eating like that but he is living a fulfilling life
