Soccer mom band since they stopped being heavy which is before 1990 lol. Pretty much everything after that, hit or miss. I miss the hard rock/glammy bon jovi

And people make fun of Paul Stanley sounding horrible, Jovi sounds just as bad. It’s time to retire, should’ve had Ritchie there to help him out cause he needs it.

He’s cooked, but he sold out 9 MSG’s, so who decides

Ahh not great but i know he has had vocal issues and being older. He does sound a little better and i dont really even like Bon Jovi but maybe 3 or 4 tunes.

When will we focus on GNR & Axl's inconsistent at best voice. If you were able to see classic GNR ,this current band falls so flat.

After Kiss with Paul's voice shot for a decade & the 2 nd Farewell tour relying on backing tracks & lip syncing its tolerable. That said is that worth $190 – $ 500 plus ? No it's a rip off maybe not the level of ripoff the Kiss grift was but for a mediocre at best Bon Jovi,it is a ripoff & a disappointment.

Sounded better than Vince and DLR but not by much. After your New Jersey album episode, I re-listened to it and his vocals were excellent on that album and this is a long way from that. He did look a little happier to be there though.

Retire now…

At least David Lee Roth played a nice small intimate atmosphere and the band was tight and everyone there had a good time the only people that complain about David Lee Roth are the people that did not see the show sound-alike 90s rock

Well, it's not the most embarrassing thing that I've seen as far as an older musician doing a "live" performance. The worst I've seen is a a pop singer – Frankie Vallie – who is like 92 and still trying to get on stage and lip-sync to his recordings. He looks like an absolute mummy and his lips can barely move to even keep time with the vocal tapes.

it’s not about what these people can do for you anymore it’s about people who want to show them how much they gave over the years and what a difference it made. It’s not surprising to me that so manymodern humans can’t figure that out, it’s just standard garbage mentality of today.

Shit guys, Softer than mama’s love on JBJ but it’s over for Motley. Jon is brave to get up there, but the guy that had 4 strokes sucks ass and should hang it up. Kid gloves for the Jon Bon Jovi band. They should all retire. Sounded like ass, just like Vince.

To say it's not as bad as the Tony Robbins show doesn't say much.

Bon should retire, he doesn't need money anymore. He can't sing without getting too much close to the mic.

I will be going on the 12th. I will let you know. I definitely dont expect him to sound like he use to back in the day. I too give him kudos to come back and try it, but I do feel it is his farewell tour. I HAVE NEVER MISSED A CONCERT SINCE 85. I will be heading to NY from AZ. I had to go because if this is his farewell tour I wanted to be there.

His voice has sucked for many years since early 2000's.

The uncomfortable truth is that John can no longer hit the right notes, he can't keep up with the tempo, he's lost the drive, the power. I think it's a point of no return. It's not his fault, nor is it something that should be said on an official profile. That said, I think he has to keep singing, because music is his life! And the fans have to understand and accept it, because this guy has already done his hard work, he has given us memorable moments in rock history.
It's not about the kind of retirement we as fans would like him to have, but rather the kind of retirement he as an artist wants to have…

I’d love to see the tour. I love his songs, and I’m not going in expecting a 20-, 30-, or 40-something rock voice — especially from someone who has been through vocal surgery.
What I would go in expecting is a bona fide rock show: big lights, a big stage, big songs, and no lip-syncing. I have no problem with some pitch correction, more background singers, or extra band members to help carry the show. At least it’s still live, which is more than you can say for a lot of the pop world.
So, if you want a perfect-sounding rock show, maybe don’t go see legacy bands. But if you want to sing your heart out to “Livin’ on a Prayer” with the guy who changed the world with his music, backed by a hell of a band and the budget for a real rock show, then this feels like a huge win-win for rock fans.
By the way, Triumph did it right too. They added some new voices to make it work, and it became an incredible celebration of Triumph’s music. That’s exactly what I’m looking for from Jovi.

I’ve seen Bon Jovi in 87 when keel opened for them at the meadowlands on the slippery tour and saw them 2x on the Jersey tour when skid row opened for them…. Also saw them at prudential when daughtry opened for them and had seen them do a free concert in Central Park in 2002/2003? They were great back in the day but they aren’t Bon Jovi without Richie. They actually suck without Richie. Jon needs Richie. Richie doesn’t need Jon. But as I’ve said ever since Richie left, he deserves better than rejoining Jovi. Rather see him do his solo material and Bon Jovi material.
