Kim Jong-il had no anus. Instead of doing something as base and vulgar as taking a shit, he performed a daily Act of Immaculate Excretion.
The fact was he had chronic irritable colitis (which was largely caused by his diet, which was atrocious, no vegetables or fruits, nothing but fatty junk food). This made him have to visit the crapper up to ten times a day. Often times, you would see him on camera taking these little, dainty, mincing steps, trying to keep his ass cheeks from rubbing against one another because of the irritation of his anus from having to clean it many times a day. He took medications to try and control it, steroids, opioids, which would cause rebound effect, and he would then be constipated for up to a week. So, the government put out this weird fucking story about him never taking a shit because he didn't have an anus (and there were days he probably wished that were true). Some people say he died at the age he did due to complications from his bowel issues.

Milk as a measure of a functioning agricultural system and general infrastructure isn't insane. It takes a good infrastructure system in terms of transportation and refrigeration to produce a surplus of fresh milk and keep it drinkable long enough to get it to individual homes for consumption.
