Been watching your stuff off and on for half a decade, but could you or someone else in the comments please direct me to a video where you discuss homophobia within the black community? As a white in the Midwest of America, most black people I know don’t seem comfortable with or around LGBTQ.
I already know how to deal with whites, peers or family, who are anti-LGBTQ. I make fun of them or even cut them out of my social circles. But I feel it’s a bit unfair to my brothers and sisters out there to do the same with them. Any way to navigate this as an ignorant white man?

24:20 I feel that…I try my best to find new music the past few years as a twitch music stream moderator. It’s also helped me spread the word that many classic artists are still working, touring, and active generally.

Stan isn't about Eminem killing his baby mama, you're conflating it with Kim (same album tbf).
Yes, Stan does kill his baby mama in the song but Stan is a fictional character played by Eminem.

I can say as a "white" (im ginger so not really) i didnt like rap at first because i was indoctrinated to believe that only heavy metal was cool but because of EM i was able to realize i was a effing idiot and music in all forms (except corporate made) is beautiful and great to listen to and i stopped looking at who made the music and started just listening to what made my soul feel emotional

Fairly certain Eminem was still not allowed in suburban households. He scared suburban-moms just as much as most rappers.

As a black jack harlow fan, people are reaching with the Monica title, he comes from a very diverse city to go to a majority black city( in my eyes especially the spaces he was trying to get into). If you think a person can never pivot then you are being unfair.

Missed the GOAT to kid joke. Because if someone the GOAT and another person in the same field is not as good, they'd be a kid, because that's the term for a baby goat.

Foooooooooooootball! 😛
On another note, I truly appreciate coming across your channel, as a none black, none American, that grew up with the influence of American culture in my own country. I can say that rap and hip-hop had a big influence on parts of our youth culture and it was adopted in its truest form as a way of expressing issues in society. For us, it didn't matter what skin color you had. Fight against racism, social inequality and the establishment was there from the beginning. It was also liberating, as you were allowed to be different from the norms. In my country, Rap/Hip-hop, b-boying and graffiti went hand in hand.
That is to say, until the mainstream figured out the could capitalize heavily on it, and the authenticity mainly went away.
I appreciate your videos as it gives me a greater understanding of the differences, but also the likeness of a culture, in USA compared to my own country.

Oof I really can't bring myself to go and consume lots of new content either unless I know it's like world shaking….
I already like and enjoy what I already like and enjoy. I don't feel the need to constantly find something new to enjoy myself
