    "cases" i remember
1 dude had one night stand, the girl had a glass eye he fetishized, in the morning he drank from the glass where her eye was in and he chocked on it.

2 people in some basement smoke it up with beer bottles taped to their hands, they cant open the door and suffocate

3 guy gets nailgun to the chest

4 dude does "car rodeo" with brick on the gas and rope on the steering wheel, he falls off and teuck drives him over

5 hunters threw dynamite and their dog brought it back to them

6 Lady shaves privates for one night stand and then developes "blue waffle" and expert says she got insane blue infection ebcause of intercourse right after shaving

7 mover steals some crystal bowl and then falls down the stairs and breaks his neck

8 the waterslide with the nail in the board

Idk if you'll see this comment since it's a 2 week old video but you should totally do an episode like this for the show Scarred that ran on MTV hosted by Jacoby Shaddix

Oh, the OTHER death I remember is about this girl who had like… a food fetish? Or a competitive eating fetish? Or maybe it was a vomiting fetish… Either way, she stalks this competitive eater at a competition who's just stuffed himself sick on hotdogs and she ambushes him afterwards (IN A BIKINI OF COURSE) and like… tries to sexually assault him? He projectile vomits on her, shooting a hotdog chunk into her mouth and she chokes to death on it. XP Just… wtf was wrong with these episode writers.

The most memorable death from this show to me was some guy who was depicted as being like an obnoxious, sexist, abusive modeling agent or sleazeball lawyer or something, just mistreating the girl he had over (you KNOW she spent the episode in a red bikini). They were going into a hot tub and the guy plopped down straight onto the suction filter and it created a vacuum seal around his butt, sucking his intestines out through his asshole. Like… it was so fuckin ridiculous XD

I haven't really thought about "1000 ways to die" like for a decade or so, I was always just: "Oh yeah, there were the Furrystory and the one with the sausage, also the horse story and the one with the taser misuse. The tent story is so stupid, like, Jesus!" But in retrospecte, yeah it was a really bad, edgy and weird.

I agree that the TV show along with Spike as a channel was pretty brain rotted and their type of content didn't age very well but the show never suggested that it was bad to be lgbt neither did so with the majority of the characters that died, like during the lesbian girl death where the woman choked on candy they just used to lesbian kissing scene to try to make the plot more edgy or interesting, that's why the show relied on unhinged plots that were unrelated to the actual death.

I only remember 2 specific segments when I watched it airing. The first, as I remember it, was a married couple that were coming back from a night out. They were in the bedroom when a thief climbed into the room and killed the husband. As the robber was gathering things, the husband's neurons were still able to fire to move his body, which scared the intruder who fell from the second story. The other segment was one of a few where they showed real footage of dangerous situations. A woman was skydiving from a helicopter when parachute had failed, leaving her to just fall. The expert they brought in said that the helicopter circling around creating sharp drafts that slowed and redirected her trajectory. So when she did land, it wasn't at terminal velocity. The episode ended with the tagline they used this paricular kind of segment to the effect of "in a world with a thousand ways to die, she found a way to survive."

"People were stupider back then, we've progressed"
Goes onto to say the LGBTQRSTUV+ completely unironically
Regression is more accurate, make sure to take your psych medication today.

My only memory of this show is it randomly being on tv when I was 8. It was the episode where a dude with a shit ton of piercings got one from his tounge to stomach stuck on heavy machinery.

I feel like this might be a good place to ask. does anyone remember the very heavy Israeli propaganda episodes of Deadliest Warrior?’ It was full on “the IDF is awesome” & “Israel is our sister nation!”

As a horny ass kid I was only watching the show for the lesbian scenes icl 😂😂😂 but yeah definitely a weird ass show and it kinda made me look at white people a certain way because it was alot of necrophila and just weird shit going on almost every episode

I think watching 1000 Ways to Die as a kid is what introduced me to the morbid and macabre that I've always enjoyed since. As a boy, I didn't watch it because boobs or lesbians, but merely for the concept of how people could die with just 1 mistake. As shallow as the show may have been, I feel like it gave me deep thoughts to imagine possibilities with and has always lingered in the back of my mind
