The subjects she called the NON-emergency line about seem reasonable. She only called once a month over a period of 15 years. That is nothing. This ex-dispatcher was way out of line and had a very thin skin.
Its strange the non-emergency line even has a dispatcher. In my large city, calling the police goes directly to police desks.

Ahhh she called the non-emergency line not the emergency. They created that line for a reason and she’s a watch dog. They are just mad that she puts them to work. Some people just want to get paid and do nothing. 😂

193 times in 15 years adds up to about once per month. That doesn't seem too bad for a non-emergency call. Especially if you live in a 'lively' neighbourhood. I call police for midnight disturbances in the street. Or suspicious hanging around shop entrances (that are closed) or glass bottles breaking and more of that after pub closures behaviours. (Netherlands).
