I’m not a Halo Effect fan, I liked it, but not for me. However the three other albums are up my musical alley. So thank you so much and also for quite a lot of new bands I found through your videos when I found you late last year.

The Halo Effect album is really good, enjoying that one a lot. So far that and a couple of non-metal releases (Ethel Cain, Lambrini Girls) have been my favourites this month but there's sooo much coming out this Friday!

Your first three choices could easily be in my top 5 or 6 for January, at least so far. I enjoyed all three very much. I have not listened to Deus Sabaoth, so I will give them a try. Others that I have enjoyed in January are the new releases by Mutagenic Host, Patriarkh, Bergthron, Beriedir, Aeon of Awareness, and Onirophagus.

Cool to see The Obsidian Resurrection on here and glad you dug it! I actually mixed that album and performed all the rhythm guitars as well. Lot of great old school thrash vibes like Dark Angel and Slayer mixed in with the symphonic death metal stuff. Lot of fun to play but a hell of a workout haha m/
