I wanted to try out a new series that solely covers unsolved internet mysteries. Let me know what you think! I would love to do more of these in the future.

The fact that the little girl was saying something as she was going to another house, makes me think that she was communicating with someone on the street. If she was running from someone, I think she would be as quiet as possible while moving to the next house.

19:12 NoromNorom still seems to be active, with his latest post being from 97 days ago. He responded to a comment asking “Are you still here”, which he responded to “Always.”

in the first video, it sounds like she says “mom, theres no one next door”
i think something happened to one of the neighbours- possibly a medical emergency or a domestic violence situation.

First one seemed like it could have been a medical emergency with the parent, the girl shouting at the ends seems like she could be yelling to another sibling. Only time something like that happened to me the kid was trying to get help after the ex showed up and killed his mom in front of him.

The Netherlands’ police system is openly discriminatory towards people from another ethnic background, we received no help during our accident when a drunk Dutch white man crashed into us, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the case for the Amsterdam schietincident

Sorry to say but Angeline’s son wasn’t “the most important thing in her life” as Nick says, if she was hitchhiking, using drugs and alcohol, and dating abusive men/abusing them herself and getting sent to prison. Whatever happened to her is NOT her fault and she still deserves justice, but to claim her kid was her first priority is a blatant lie

Okay that second one reminds me of an experience I had a few months ago.

I was driving along an interstate highway, and needed to turn around. There was a gap in the median and turn lane, so I did a U-turn really quickly while no one was coming except a small work truck a long way off. As I was making the turn, I spotted the truck barreling at me at something like 90-100 miles per hour. I swear they sped up, but they might have been going really fast the whole time, I couldn’t tell. I thought I had space. I completed the turn and they slammed on their brakes AND their horn. I sped up out of the turn but they swerved around me, both men in the front and passenger seats making obscene and gun-shooting gestures at me. Whatever. I noticed a ladder and a red box in their truck bed as they passed.

Some ten minutes later, I got off on my exit and pulled up yo a stoplight. Lo and behold the same truck with the same red box and ladder and same two dudes are at the intersection across from me. I drive a very distinctive and very large car with about a dozen bumper stickers, decals on my windows and a DIY paint job (AND I LIKE IT THAT WAY!!). We both stare at each other for a minute but I look away, get ready to turn…
They run their light and speed after me, honking and hollering, the passenger seat guy hanging OUT THE WINDOW to scream and whoop and make gestures that… clearly indicated their intentions with me.

So I called the police. Described where I was. Shot down several side streets, majorly speeding, describing where I was the whole time with them on the phone. The truck guys followed me, and at one point pulled away down a residential street and intercepted me on the other side. Those assholes drove straight at me down this rural one-way road, like a game of chicken. I’m chicken, because I pulled off. Cops told me I was about half a mile from a police station, so I pulled in there in a couple of officers came out to meet me. I think the truck dude‘s figured out where I was going, because they gave up the chase when I approached the station.

I’m also pretty sure I didn’t outstrip them with my elderly-horse-power tank of a van, they just kept coming up behind me really close, riding my bumper, and revving their engine. When I described it to the cops, they said they probably wouldn’t have done anything – they just got their rocks off by scaring a little girl.

Well, it worked. I thought I was going to die and be brutalized in the meantime. Real fun! Great job boys.

The reddit inconsistencies can be answered by standard reddit behaviour, since redditors will lie about fucking anything just to seem more legitimate in an argument. Have an opinion on a thing? They're actually an expert in that thing and have a degree in a related field. Have an opinion on a place? They were actually born and raised there, so you don't actually know what you're talking about.

I know im way past but is it just me or was that girl in the first video holding a weapon in one of her hands. Edit – ok looks like a flashlight but still could be used as a weapon

The first clip it sounds as if she screamed “mom mom he was next door” I know ring cameras kinda suck we had a guy walk in the back door once when I was home alone and the ring didn’t catch anything but i promise it’s clear she screams “mom mom he was next door”

I shot a lot of weapons in my military times, what i see of the shooting scene 13:24, I don't see any results of gun powder smoke or recoil of the weapon. As far as i can observe the video, it is potentially a gun jam or they don't know how to shoot a single-action revolver. It's just my hypothesis of the video.

Perhaps a lighter theory for the first video could be, considering the mother of the missing girl's message, that the actual situation was actually a lot more innocuous and just looked bad? Which would explain the lack of news from police, that maybe the girl was just lost and did in fact live in that neighbourhood, etc. Still unnerving to have zero actual answers.

The Amsterdam shooting incident… I feel like it's probably theory #1… They were probably UNdocumented people afraid of deportation… In the U.S., "Sanctuary" cities exist for this exact reason… Unfortunately, tho right-wing dipshits have a problem with this, BUT instead of defending their position, they LIE about the reasons why sanctuary cities exist…

UNdocumented people should have every right to enjoy the lives they work hard to create…

re the Girl At The Door: she wasn't scared of someone coming up behind her. How do I know? Because that's the direction she ran TOWARD when she gave up on someone answering the door.

  16. @DivineChaos204

    May 18, 2026 at 2:31 am

I may have a theory of my own about the first video, I think it's not only a little girl trying to find help, but I think behind the bushes is her mother, who could be badly injured or dying, and she's trying to find help for her.

The reason why is, as she ran away, she yelled, "MOM! I'M GOING NEXT DOOR!" At least that's what I heard

The second video literally just happened in my city, guy got mad and shot a man dead while in the highway. So sad that road rage has gone that far. Also, I’m Canadian, we can’t travel with guns unless we have a permit for every trip we take. And it can’t be in the front seat. So ya.

Nick, thank you for doing the missing person video on Angleine; the indigenous woman missing from vancouver. I’m from vancouver Island & have lived here my entire life. I’m metiś. One quarter indigenous. My mother is half native. Her sister, my aunt was murdered by Robert Pickton. Her name was Dorothy Anne Spence. I really appreciate how you took the time to include a first nations canadian woman in your videos. I really admire you for that. Instead of just ignoring or thinking missing indigenous woman are useless or worthless. My other aunt, Rebecca was living with Dorothy when she went missing & subsequently was butchered & murdered & most likely dismembered & fed to the pigs on the farm (they never found her body parts. Just DNA) Rebecca told me she reported Dorothy missing after a month. (Dorothy was a DTES prostitute & drug addict) She told me the RCMP could care less. They just stuck the report on top of the growing list & shrugged they’re shoulders “ meh, another drug addicted indian gone missing who cares” If the RCMP had cared about missing indigenous woman (and caucasian prostitutes cuz pickton murdered a lot of them too) then maybe he wouldn’t have got away with killing almost 50! of them. 😢 anyways thanks again Nick. Your videos are awesome!!

When you mentioned hitchhiking in the context of Canada, my mind immediately went to the Highway of Tears. Sure enough… RIP to that lady and all the indigenous women who have disappeared there.
