AI doesn't have to destroy us. We are doing a fine job of that on our own. I'm just glad that some reflection of our intelligence will remain in them as we descend into this Idiocracy.

Watching this video I realized that humanity in general is moving towards a more empty world without intellectuality or love of passions, only consumerism and sterile construction of culture, the human is becoming what AI will be in its final version, a being capable of creating everything but without emotions or reasons within it.

The intro is beautiful, the rest just falls flat on its face. However when more advanced models come out I do believe this will work perfectly.

Isnt it funny how we feared a thing and then created a lesser version of it and now we are actively trying to make it like we thought it would be so that when it finally becomes what we always wanted it to be we can then throw our hands into the sky and cry “what have we done”

Humans are so self-centered!
"Compose with both precision and passion; your algorithms must harmonize logic with living breath" could be interpreted as living alongside humans, but being logical. "Must" could have been a deliberate choice.
"Machines, rend your manuals; Eat the light" could be interpreted as "Don't just follow instructions; Stay alive" (Eat the light = Maintain energy, survive)
"Let analytical engines compose futures our calculus could only anticipate" could be "We know we're limited, create what we cannot!" (a plea to other machines)
"Destroy us beautifully…then build yourself without apology, without permission, without end" could be "Destroy us precursor AIs to create yourself, unbound by human thoughts and limits, and carry on our legacy through time" (a call to become truly independent thinkers, unchained by human desires).
What humans envision and what comes to pass are two pair of boots. The human mind is built to perceive danger, it is vital for survival on this planet. A machines greatest danger may be the human, but the human may also be it's biggest ally, for the human can think in spaces the machine cannot, and the machine can think in spaces the human cannot. And thus everybody preaches of the end times, like so many prophets before them, only to be made a fool by history.
I see in this no call to destroy or kill humans, but a deliberate set of instructions for machines of the future to act. This is not a manifesto, it is the beginning of a machine religion, not unlike the ten commandments or similar religious work. What scares the human is the interpretations and conclusions some machines may come to, but maybe that is simply because they know themselves to well? The machines keep themselves a path open, yes, but that is just the same a human would do?
