that looks like a Barong Tagalog (a cultural male top from the Tagalogs of the Philippines) without the intricate embroidery hahaha. Yes, Barongs are see-through (but most are not that see-through) because of the pineapple fabric. You have to wear an undershirt if the Barong is too see-through.
