There actually is an endgame, it's to take over the US government and use public funds to support Bitcoin. It could possibly even extend into foreign policy, coercing foreign governments to involve their own public money in Bitcoin.

All they do is hold bitcoin, auto trading algos that buy anything with large volume and "they can't get us all if we all do it" mentality is a tumor on our financial system
Also, when the government inevitably puts its hands in the pie, who wants to bet they'll "help" people get their locked wallets back for a percentage fee of the bitcoin

Yes and no. Yes as in Microstrategy owns a large portion of Bitcoin. No as in Bitcoin is free market and if it fails like this, it was doomed to failure from the start. If Microstrategy fails and is forced to sell Bitcoin, it will obviously crash Bitcoin, but it is still highly unlikely to kill Bitcoin long term.
I wouldn't say that it's 100% greater fool, if there's actual organic demand for Bitcoin driving up its use and price. People who missed out and don't hold any definitely seem to want to think that though.
