IRON MAIDEN 2026 tour & more πŸ”₯ LOSS OF A LEGEND, JUDAS PRIEST amaze, IGORRR, OZZY & more | MPD60

Metal Pilgrim | January 9, 2026

The loss of the legendary At the Gates frontman Tomas Lindberg and a one time reunion of Candlemass with Messiah Marcolin.

Iron Maiden will return to Europe with the Run For Your Lives Tour in 2026, and prepare a bunch of very special surprises for their fans, and Judas Priest kicked off their massive co-headline tour with Alice Cooper, as well as are getting ready to release a special collaborative track with the voice of Ozzy Osbourne.

Meanwhile the Ozzy Osbourne documentary will air sooner than we thought, and Igorrr joins me for an interview on his new album Amen.

Bruce Dickinson signs the US anthem, new releases by Paradise Lost, Stoned Jesus, Wolfheart, Coroner, Arch Enemy and much more in the new Metal Digest!

It's a fucking shame that they're announcing they're going to release a live album from this tour, which doesn't offer anything new (in fact, a 50th anniversary tour that only includes your first 7 albums plus one song from 1992 is pathetic no matter how you look at it), and yet they haven't released a live album from last year's tour with all those songs from Somewhere In Time, which also included Alexander (never played live before) as well as some songs from Senjutsu. They've really screwed up my life, and that's the end of my love for Iron Maiden. Harris and Rod are sons of bitches, I'm sick of them… As an Iron Maiden superfan, I really hope they just retire once and for all.

Many reasons I won't be going…It`s Knebworth plus the support…..
The Hu-Musically they do zero for me at all.
The Darkness-Comedy/Novelty/Parody shite of the worst order, remember when they were so desperate that they even supported Robbie Williams ?,that says it all.
Airbourne-An AC/DC-Rose Tattoo soundalike band who i never liked.
The Almighty-Did two good albums circa 1991-1994 then i never bothered after that.
    A real shame/let down.

I wish Derek Riggs somehow returned to the Iron Maiden camp.
These new tour posters are quite forgettable.
Riggs's posters were iconic (not to mention his album covers).

I do love Maiden but I really hope they change it up for a potential new album. The long songs on Senjutsu and even TBOS have been deterring me from listening properly

I don't comment often, but I've been following you for a while now. I appreciate the dedication in your work but you look exhausted man. I hope you and your family are okay ! Take care of yourself in those dark times. Slava Ukraini !

I was so disappointed seeing priest live, the reverb he uses SOUNDS LIKE SHIT! it also rebounds off the guitar at times and makes crazy noise, wish they didn’t use it

Bruce definitely nailed the "Star Spangled Banner"! I thought the same about the irony of it all, but he did it proper justice. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²πŸ˜ŽπŸ€˜
