Here are my ideas for the government to fix the laws.

Dragon hunting: if you have over a billion dollars, you can be legally hunted and killed by any other person. 50% of your wealth goes directly to them tax free, 50% to approved charities.

In all honesty, there only two types of crimes I see. Ones I just don’t care about, and ones where I think you should rot in a dimly lit cell for the rest of your life. If you want to mod your car, and the state “considers it unsafe” I just think that’s stupid and moronic. If you want to do dangerous stuff, like take drugs, jump off cliffs, play with dangerous chemicals, I don’t think the state should intervene, or at least it should just be a fine based on income, no jail time, even for stuff like assault. But if you kill a person, even if it’s a manslaughter, straight to jail for the rest of your life, no parole. Torture, Rape and Sexual Assault too, perhaps spousal abuse as well, straight to jail for the rest of your life. Next crimes I would consider are crimes against nature and countrymen. If your a company over let’s say 500 employees and contractors, and you commit tax fraud, harm the environment or accidentally kill or harm people permanently in negligence, yeah that’s forever jail. We’ll take the entire executive board, major shareholders, and everyone involved in the crime, and throw them in jail for life, and confiscated all company property and assets to be sold. Another crime that would be forever jail, if you take bribes, commit insider trading or abuse your powers as an employee of the state or a representative of the people, into the forever jail you go. Last people who go into the forever jail, smugglers. If you smuggle people, drugs or guns into the country, into the forever jail you go. Also the only redaction made in legal documents should be off victims of crimes, and their should be no federal police nor spy agency, hell the federal government should be responsible only for the military , trade and maybe cultural things like parks and art and nothing else. State law, should sit above “federal law”, but local law should sit above state law. The prime minister and or president should be more like the royals in England, a representative of the country to the outside world, and a showcase of our views, not as genuine ruler.

Regarding the 31+ arrests statistic – I'd bet it's 99% just police officers trying to be kind by providing homeless people with a place to stay for a night or something, but still register it as an arrest despite no crime being committed.

If you commit large scale financial crime they put into a washing machine on heavy duty cycle. Water temp dependant on how many lives you've ruined. One minute for every dollar stolen. This includes wage theft.

One change to trophy hunting, if it's a dangerous game animal like tigers or rhinos you can use one spear or a wooden bow with like 10 arrows. A baseball bat isn't doing shit to an elephant or rhino. But in exchange if you injure the animal you're required to kill it. If you don't then a forestry worker stabs you with a small prison shank when you get back to camp.

No, the PvP zone idea will be abused by people coercing targets into the zone in one way or another and legally murdering them.

It'd be pretty easy to corrupt whoever is in charge of it and political targets could be easily disappeared in the zone. This is bad.

Your last law defeats the purpose you’re gonna ruin the trophy by bashing in its brain makes no sense make it mandatory they use either a fixed blade or a trench dagger style knife

I have some additions for you to consider.
    1. All investments require a minimum term. It could be a universal one year period or we could set a sliding scale dependent on the amount invested. Higher value investments require more time. What we want to rid ourselves of is the idea that one can sit on their ass, manipulate the market and benefit from harming others.

    2. Castle doctrine rules. The cop idea is decent but I propose that the policing function be reordered. All authority will lay with the County Sheriff. They are not answerable to any local political figures including District Attorneys. For a number of reasons County Militias will be required. Its members will receive a minimal stipend for performing passive peacekeeping in their counties while they are verified members. They will require extensive investigation in regard to their values and backgrounds.
They will be on call to the County Sheriff and will assist in crisis events.

    3. No one should have their freedom taken away unless they have engaged in violent activity. This only extends to property in cases of extreme collateral damage and vandalism. Death row will no longer allow a backlog of over 5 years. Theft and white collar crime will be punished by forcing repayment. The individual will be endowed with a robust tracker with audio visual capabilities . To compensate their victims the means shall include asset forfeiture and labor. Their labor is compensated and sent to their victims. Once they are squared away the tracking system is removed. Failure to comply results in exiled containment. Anyone on death row or in exiled containment may volunteer to be a member of extreme expedition squads. In their case the membership is permanent. All corporate prisons will be taken over by Sheriffs dept.

    4. In prison, regardless if other ideas are implemented from above, changes will be made. It is insane that we allow inmate gangs to form. IMO we should allow a compliant inmate to smoke, have television etc, Please do away with the opportunistic phone and commissary systems. Damn. Surely to God a deputized agent can go to Wal-mart and dispense products fairly.
Any law enforcement agent determined to have broken the rules will find themselves on the other side of the cage regardless of circumstances. We need to protect and honor law enforcement as well as strongly discourage inappropriate activity by them. Asset forfeiture will no longer have its proceeds benefiting any department or official unless they were a victim of the criminal activity. Also, paid probation services, ineffective forced treatment programs and court fees are eliminated entirely. Btw, any political figure or supposed authority figure had best be real men and women capable of dealing with words. This jailing and threatening people because they hurt your feelings or ridiculed you is over.

    5. All licenses and permits are permanent once acquired. These can be suspended or taken only in extreme cases. All parasitic activity like ticket quotas, speed traps and automated red light cams are dismantled. Once purchased no item can be taxed again. Taxes will have two forms. The first is a national flat sales tax of 30 percent. A basic amount of food is exempt. The other one is that all businesses will pay the county they are located in a percentage of their revenue.

    6. A universal profit margin will be in place. 10%. A research team will produce a universal fair value structure for all goods and services. All large conglomerates will be shattered and dispersed to independent operators having no affiliation with current owners and leadership. This includes hedge funds and such. From now on the wage gasp between the average line worker and management will not exceed 3 X including benefit packages.

    7. Gen X will be the last to receive SS benefits in their current form. These will be enhanced after investigation and repayment of funds removed from the SS program via govt. action over the last 40 years. All payments made by those after Gen X will be returned to them with accumulated interest. There shall exist only one form of insurance that will cover all areas. How much goes to what area is determined by the investing individual. This will be broken into several categories such as possessions, health, retirement and welfare. If your need ends up exceeding your investment at some time such as for example you run out of welfare funds while unemployed, then a county fund will be issued. However, if they are able to work and have no need to stay home with kids then they will be placed in the immediate employ of the county. They may be asked to help with backlogs, files or even pick up trash and help utility crews. Strings of excuses are not acceptable and liquidation of assets will result for those running con jobs. In other words, if you get welfare from the govt, you will work. Stay at home mothers will be allowed some leeway or delayed repayment.

    8. Not sure of your opinion on this one. Drugs. IMO, only I decide what goes in my body. I accept full responsibility should I cause injury to others via misuse. The vast majority should be available at local pharmacy without prescription from physician. Everyone gets an allowance so to speak. It can be split among categories or all one thing. Amount dispensed in one month depends on demonstrated responsibility and past offenses. Resale is strictly prohibited however as these will already be cheaper than any local dealer. Pharmacist will not dispense to someone who comes in obviously in crisis. All purchases must be in person. No deliveries, no proxies. This will solve so many issues. Cripples cartels. Eliminates contamination issues currently plaguing the nation. Dissolves parasitic and family destroying state and federal punishment ring. The drug menu will include coke, meth, opiates and psychedelics such as LSD, mescaline and DMT. We could even establish a preliminary monitoring program to observe individuals in a closed environment to determine how well they perform.

FFEE: Fine, Flog, Exile, Execute. A four-level justice system. Any single crime can be categorized into receiving a single punishment. Cost/strokes/duration can be adjusted based on severity or repeat offense. This could also be used to streamline court administration. Fines are handled by justice of the peace, flogging by the county court, exile by state court, and execution by federal court. Appeals only for flogging or exile.

A society that views punishment as the default mode of behaviour correction, or worse, as a form of cathartic entertainment masked as justice, is cursed to torture itself into a never ending loop of suffering. I don't care what you've done, the worst punishment we should implement is a bullet in the head. Taking joy in watching evil people suffer is just evil dressed up in self righteous denial of the true nature of evil.

Any politician unwilling to tackle the fact that drinking culture is socially acceptable, while smoking a joint on a park bench makes you a criminal is a buffoon and I can't decipher their crypto babble.

I've been calling for bringing exile back. We have our list of sociopaths and psychopaths, there's no left right dynamic to it. Scoop em up and put em on a deserted island and let them sort it out. I'm sick of acting like theres not a cabal of demonic fucks trying to kill the poor and doing all the other demonic shit almost everyone is aware of by now and to which they've dropped all notion of hiding. This is one of those times we she look back on our wise ancestors and ask, what would you do? I believe they would kick them the fuck out the tribe for robbing, rapping and pillaging the village

Disclaimer I am against congressional insider training. However a thought occurred to me that it sort of gives them a stake in the economy they have so much control over. Still opposed to it but always trying to look for the bright side

It'll never fly, but i genuinely believe if you shifted the burden of finest from the company to the shareholders you would make the world a massively better place.
