"Bad boys race our young girls behind victory garden wallls" (The nmuemonic for memorizing transistor codes)
You are correct sir. I remember this from when I eneterd my MOS, but scarcely remember all of the General Orders for duty watch.

How to Learn Faster & Remember More
Whether you're going back to school or learning a new skill, there are smarter ways to learn and retain knowledge.

    1. Ditch the Laptop ✍
Writing by hand helps you process information better than typing. Instead of copying word for word, rephrase in your own words for better memory and test performance.

    2. Study, Sleep, Study 😴📚
A study found that students who slept between study sessions remembered 10 out of 16 words, while those who didn’t sleep remembered only 7.5. Sleep strengthens memory!

    3. Change Up Your Practice 🔄
When learning a skill, slightly modify your practice. A study showed that adjusting practice methods nearly doubled accuracy. For example, switch between rackets with different weights when playing tennis.

    4. Exercise Before Studying 🏃‍♂
Even 15 minutes of exercise can boost focus and learning. A quick walk or bike ride clears your mind and improves memory tasks.

    5. Use Mnemonic Devices 🧠
Make information stick by using acronyms or funny sentences. For example, to remember the electromagnetic spectrum:
"Raging Martians Invaded Venus Using X-ray Guns."
The weirder the sentence, the better it sticks!

    6. Read Out Loud 🗣
Saying words out loud improves recall. A study found people remembered spoken words better than silent reading.

    7. Stay Hydrated 💧
Drinking water before a test improves brain function and reaction time. Hydration boosts mental processing and learning.

    8. Reward Yourself 🎉
A study found that rewards (like money) improve memory formation. When learning feels rewarding, your brain releases dopamine, helping you remember better.

Use these tips to learn smarter, not harder! 🚀

Earning a degree at a young age is an admirable goal! Here are some steps you can take:

    1. **Early College Programs**: Some high schools offer dual enrollment programs where students can take college courses while still in high school. This allows you to earn college credits before graduating.

    2. **Advanced Placement (AP) Courses**: Take AP courses in high school. If you score well on the AP exams, you can earn college credit for those subjects.

    3. **Community College**: Consider attending a community college after high school. Community colleges often have lower tuition rates, making it more affordable to start your college education.

    4. **Accelerated Programs**: Look for accelerated degree programs that allow you to complete your bachelor's degree in less time. Some universities offer three-year bachelor's programs.

    5. **Online Education**: Explore online courses and degree programs. They provide flexibility and allow you to study at your own pace.

    6. **Summer Courses**: Use your summer breaks to take additional courses. Many colleges offer summer sessions.

Remember, age is not a barrier to education. Whether you're young or older, the key is determination, hard work, and a passion for learning!
