The Moth effect, 100%, is something better done with VFX today XD. Can apply actual stitches to the mouth and actually slice it open, but cgi the dust and moths for actor's comfort sake. Man, oh man!

I thought I was going to hate this movie bc I felt “too old” for it as a kid. Meanwhile, I LOVED IT! I should have known though given I was a huge fan of Bette from Beaches, Sarah from “Girls just wanna have fun”, and Kathy from Sister Act. 😂

Oh, yes, the movie that everyone asks about here in Salem! I am a tour guide here (it's crazy this month as usual), and we go past some of the locations during the tour. People really think that the Charter Street cemetery in Salem was built for HP. It's real; starting from 1637. Max does get his sneakers stolen in a real cemetery in Marblehead, next town over. Visitors also ask about the location of the witches' house or Billy's grave, and are very disappointed when I tell them that it was a set in California. All the interior scenes throughout were studio sets, and the scenes of children trick or treating was filmed in Whittier, CA.
We get an awful lot of people visiting wearing HP character costumes, and I try and photograph them all. One group was a bunch of big hairy guys dressed as the sisters, mustaches and all.

I would not doubt that Sarah Jessica Parker IS her ancestor, reincarnated and she relived that moment but in an opposite way…instead of fear and terror of death, she is celebrated and it caused joy…and a lot of money.
