10:44 How you said previous germany is not the only country whom rheinmetall profits from so if every country in europe increase their spending and alot goes into rheinmetall if might be a different story in the long run but as soon as the war ends i expect rheinmetall to correct on the market.

Hmm American propoganda trying to throw mud at a European defence contracter, sour grapes perhaps since Europe is turning away from US arms companies costing them millions, what a surprise, and it's not just US arms companies that will suffer thanks to Trump.

Why should we expect anything different for rheinmetall? Who can tell the future? But possibly because vermillion inc. were not defending the homeland. Maybe because now Europe could be invaded from East or West.

10:27 'there's no reason to think the percentage of spending on equipment will continue in the long run' Use of any US made kit requires the permission of the US to use and likely frequent service by US specialists to work at all. I don't know if you follow the news but there's been a new president elected in the States. He is a big friend of Russia, a very big friend, and he cannot be relied on. You can make a atrong case that all US equipment has to be replaced.

So they Germany freezed Abrahmovic's asset even when he committed part of his wealth to the reconstruction of Ukraine, yet German companies can destroy Ukraine and pocket the profit?

Nato is nothing without the US military, UK PM Keir Starmer said he'll send British troops to fight Russia as long as the US military backs them up and even that is very iffy.

Germany would rather build weapons to fuel the war in Ukraine for fat profits for Rheinmetall, while expensive gas supply continues to cripple its economy while the war continues. Very smart.

government should own 50% of shares of stocks of arms makers to prevent profiteering or kickbacks to public officials. they should not profit more than 25% of cost of materials, labor, tech & overhead. during war allied countries should regulate & control arms makers to prevent profiteering making enemy countries at a vantage position.

German here, I highly doubt that Rheinmetall will pay a windfall tax.
The windfall tax (which don't really make sense, but it is what it is) were imposed because prizes for an essential good with steady demand increased insanely over a very short period of time. basically something like a short squeeze or whatever. But Rheinmetall is not raking up prizes or scamming anybody. They're just catering to a higher demand, making huge investments alongside it, the usualy things companies do when demand rises. It's a completly different situation.

Who’da thunk it?!?! It’s almost like some of us called two years ago. Oh, it has been US tax dollars funding these companies. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Welcome to the party, pals…

Yeah, the share price seems pretty overextended even if the company does have a bright and profitable future ahead of it. At least it's not quite as crazy as Palantir.

Germany is a special case. There is a huge tradition on understanding Russia combined with the tradition of invading Russia. Pensioners likely will not be upset about a stock price as long as pensions get paid out.
