As much as I say mind your own business when it comes to couples doing stuff in front of people, there is such thing as public decency and violating that is never okay, so I'm not surprised the police are investigating even if I'd say just let whoever those two people are live with the embarrassment of having done the dirty deed in full view of thousands of people regardless of if they knew they were completely visible to everyone or not. Let's be honest, unless they're the type of people who genuinely just don't care where they are or who they're around and will do the thing whenever and wherever they feel like it, they were both probably high and/or drunk out of their minds by that point, so while they will almost certainly get charged for public indecency (which is definitely fair considering what we're talking about), it's almost better to let them never live that down in peace
