The land that was illegally and by the appearance on paper only "privatized" is also fair for redress and remedy. Indian land was always mischaracterized as "public" land, and it wasn't (not to be sold or exchanged). I have studied how to convert what might be considered a property issue into an heirship and to a lesser degree, probate matter. It prevents third parties from objecting, or "arguing" they have some sort of legal rights when they don't. If not an heir or beneficiary under this analysis, there are no rights.

Hey all, how ya doin? I’m feeling amazing and thankful to be doing what I’m doing. Lately I’m diggin on the deep, spicy, racial, spatial, controversh verse unrehearsed here so hear goes me research ok. I agree we need land back but need to modify from Latino to Anglo discovery complaining, Charles is king, Latinos are crossing the border and Columbus derangement syndrome is on the rise!

My opinion folks is don’t fall for it instead pay attention to how the pot is calling the kettle black or in this case “white”. How is this pope on a rope Columbus bash a grand Anglo American conspiracy to try and cover up their own doctrine of discovery from its public of all the land it’s keeping from the native Americans by throwing us the Latin red herring?? I’d hate to call it a piñata but you know the way these guys like to misuse cultures to put their own spin in the media and plant seeds of division in this great homeland of ours.

Well let’s get to the root of the issue of reconciliation. The root word is apology. The pope apologized for the doctrine of discovery. The one Columbus used to make genocide in south America.

However, the route of north American Indians land problem is Anglo English discovery just like Columbus, but the Supreme Court used Anglo discovery not Latino discovery in 1820s to give America the biggest most controversial and in my opinion, most racist decision up there with slavery, that Anglo discovery extinguished non-Christian non-European land title, all our land title, then they invaded continental natives with the cavalry & the islanders with the Jones act Marines along with the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Guam Okinawa after clearing the left side of the map Texas, California, New Mexico. We met a bunch of them at the last big protest of an oil pipe running through reservation lands offered up by a republic established by a Northern European crown. The exceptional American road to freedom, justice and Indian tacos.

Ya know like a bridge too far? This is boat too far. It’s not the Nina pinta or Santa Maria it’s the mayflower. Yes the blondies are trying to stick it to the lesser Europeans in their school books which sure enough only helps to gin up the choir to sing us more of that Columbus fly trap because they don’t want us visibly, audibly flying making a trail to anglo discovery because that clues the rest of America in we’re onto their shet they did that left us legally unequal citizens. Like they say you may catch more flies with honey being sweet, that’s big famous easy to target and feel good about it Columbus. Low hanging fruit almost a piñata setup for us by the Anglo Americans to throw us off their trail.

If it’s not a red herring it’s an off white one at least!! These are not the droids you’re looking for.

I don’t know if the age of the red man has officially begun or if pan indianism has grown or shrunk or stayed the same over the past few years. We know there ain’t nothing that new on the news about immigration as far as looking to change or modify the root cause of displacement the United States is still running with.

On the positive side all together there’s a lot of people who are united against the common Anglo American historical land program. We need to turn it into a land back program. Of course the large corporate land owners who control everything from the price of milk to mortgage loans and HOAs stand the most to redistribute should Americans hear about this and start using it as leverage.

We know we will have people mad at us and get push back in the media when we start talking about pilgrims and patriots when they talk about Columbus and conquistadors and ask when will the good Christian nationals of this nation make it happen? When will they lets us bring our case against genocide and for our land back in the big court room while the gov defends its side about why they had to do it to make America great and then we can watch old glory steal defeat from the jaws of victory as their old school antiquated kill the Indian to save the man argument shrivels up in the sunlight of todays cancel culture environment like co vid under UV.

Americas land corporations don’t fear no murican indinz, it fears us making THEM mad at us in public view the same way an abusive husband might whisper don’t make me do it in front of these people to their battered victim. Christianity didn’t make them genocide us it was only used as an excuse to by the government. We can’t come off anti religion either because that’s how we got here, at least that’s what the doctrine of discovery sounds like to the settler side. Christian enough to remain neighbors, Christian enough to occupy land just not the right kind enough to honor treaties for land with. So we don’t hate Christianity. We are just against Christendom. That’s when the extreme Christians take over the government to do what they did. Not that different from now but we also know ours speak English as they manage our borders and what reservations receive as payment for it all while demanding others speak English or they get very Columbussy!
