Old WHITE retired Army, EurAsia son that grew-up in and around the Army. politically Independent and enjoy a lot of the "BLACK" content when it is backed up with real facts, not emotional narratives. That "I HATE TRUMP and DOGS" with absolutely NO facts to back up their very emotional claims. Just a thot because my Black Army friends have told me limitlessly for years is that when they would go on R&R to their old neighborhoods and they saw that basic rejection of their life as envy because they took the chance to get a good life for them and their lo9ved ones. I can see that happening- My White friends that stayed on the Railroad stopped contact after I returned to VA BEACH, VA on my first 30 yearly vacation time, as they saw me going all over the world with my beautiful Asian and High School sweetheart, learning WHITE COLLAR profession in the Army, I can say in my own situation- it was a "touch " of envy. I had a hard enough time on the Railroad and going to ODU as they saw me as a snob kid. Signified B Sides is a favorite- good job young man! – SLM

The ‘talking to white people’ vid was terrible due to the examples of white people who participated. You didn’t find quality critical thinkers and it was thus a flop.

I dont know what i did or how i did it but somehow i have gotten onto a side of youtube where i pretty consistently get recommended small black creators with pretty consistently amazing politics. Fiq ill keep watching your channel and these smaller black creators so that the yt algorithm will associate yall. Im doing gods work actually

Black here, I Discovered your channel earlier this year, I appreciate you educating our people or at least attempting to. As a someone who grew up in a single mother househould and an only black around non blacks. I will say I have not been stain by the black hate though. Thanks for the content. its pretty sick how this game works, I feel that the white stigma comes from being priced out or just having to run the rat race while you have to do what you do

Discovering healthy content to engage in, especially in regards to our politics, is almost like trying to find a needle in a haystack. There are a Lot of very toxic & limited creators who actually believe that their arguments & perspectives aren't poorly made, if not outright harmful. I just wish the grifters weren't all in the mix as well.

i don't really think it makes sense to categorise hasan as white, at least from my (european-arab mixed living in europe) perspective, since i dont think he benefits from whiteness or looks white-passing at all really. like, he would pretty clearly read as middle eastern (to me).
just a minor nitpick though because your general point re: black and non-black creators on youtube does still stand

I think the algorithm just thinks that everyone is as prejudice as MAGA, so if you watch a few videos from black content creators, like Princess Weeks, Sunn m'Cheaux and the Public Offender, they assume you're black and recommend black content. There are some people who YouTube can't pin down because we think all knowledge has a place just as all people are valid. Weoutcha.

I feel like part of this is youtubes algorithm is trying to conflate liberalism with leftism. theres already a concerted effort to associate these 2 groups even though they are largely opposed to each other. Also, speaking of black culture unlocked, it has the same vibes as this history of communism channel I saw recently. total falsified narratives about history told as truth.

The audacity of the algorithm to put this on my recommendation, Im glad they did but bro made a video talking about how his audience has been becoming more and more white and youtube really said 'finally he said white people, double the exposure to them' 😂. Also on the topic of the 'hotep-slop' channels, I get a lot of those except it'll be highly propagandized geopolitical videos, highly propagandized video essays. It's made me fear every thumbnail w red text cause Im worried itll be a nazi or a communist (not slandering communist or socialist ideological beliefs, slandering the dumbasses who are pro china or pro russia over a highly americanized and uninformed view on communism and socialism brought to life by the decades of anti-communist propaganda in america that was never accurate to what communism in its many forms ever was)
