Norma Jean’s Redeemer and The Fall of Ideals from All That Remains were massive records for me at this time and still stick with me today. Perfect records from bands who have continued to put out great records. Huge props for including I Killed The Prom Queen and Inhale/Exhale. Incredible bands. Glad IKTPQ is back. Hopefully I/E will make a comeback too

Ah man I really love Dead To Fall Phoenix Throne, I would put that more in the Amazing tier, also big fan of Diecast prob that in Amazing too, but I say everything is well placed! Love to see Himsa up in the fantastic section!

If you make Best Metalcore Albums of 2007, please please make a review of Haste The Day – Pressure The Hinges. Some of their best albums and a classic among fans. As I Lay Dying too with An Ocean Between Us and Shadows Fall – Threads of Life.

This darkened heart is the greatest metalcore album of all time but everyone says the fall of ideals is better it’s a great album but this darkened heart is what really got me in to metal the song this darkened heart is probably my favorite song all time

scars of tomorrow- the horror of realization came out in 2005. There follow up the failure in drowning came out in 2006 i believe 🙂

Another great year. Brings back a lot of great memories from Ozzfest 2006 where I saw Bleeding Through, Norma, Unearth, Atreyu, Jericho, and All That Remains. A lot of underrated albums too like If Hope Dies, Diecast, and I Killed The Prom Queen which I think Music for the Recently Deceased is all time great metalcore album.
Also, As Blood Runs Black – Allegiance, a top 4 favorite deathcore album of all time for me!!!

Hot Take: IKTPQ's "Music for the Recently Deceased" its better than whole Parkway discography… i'll take that.
There is no Parkway's without I Killed The Prom Queen, it is so fucking good and underrated

Some all-time classics of Melodic Metalcore this year with All That Remains and Killswitch Engage. And some albums that don't quite make the all-time greats lists but I still enjoy a heck of a lot like Neaera and As Blood Runs Black. The Autumn Offering's "Embrace the Gutter" is one that could have been on here, but I know it's impossible to list every band. I appreciate you making these videos. Always find something new to listen to.

I always liked No Heroes by Converge, but it has kind of grown on me even more after their most recent release, Love Is Not Enough. That album, to me, really feels like a continuation to No Heroes. That back to basics, more straightforward hardcore sound, with shorter, hard-hitting bangers. Really made me appreciate their more simple stuff a bit more.

As Daylight Dies is my favorite KSE album. While Alive or Just Breathing is arguably their best, As Daylight Dies just feels perfect in every way, from the production to the songwriting to the musicianship. The deluxe edition is the superior version, but honestly either way you’re getting a sick album.
