Every atom in your body was forged in the heart of a star. The calcium in your bones, the iron in your blood, the oxygen in your lungs, all of it was born in cosmic furnaces billions of years ago, long before the Earth even existed. Every atom inside you traveled across the universe for unimaginable stretches of time. And then, for one brief moment in cosmic history, the universe arranged itself into something capable of looking up at the stars in awe. The universe became… you.

This is the philosophy of Baruch Spinoza. The idea that you, me, every living thing, are not separate from the universe, but expressions of it. That consciousness itself is the cosmos becoming aware of its own existence. And that there is no God watching over the universe, but the universe itself is God.

Consciousness grew complex and then came humans, a life so complex it hunts life bigger, stronger, faster than itself, a life capable of communicating with itself around the world, capable of building vessels that travel at tremendous speeds in all land air and water, capable of reaching another stellar body,
But the universe made sure to make life so small as compared to its own vastness, that even this very complex conscious life is in awe of the universe and it too spends its lifetime acknowledging and understanding the universe…

"If god is truly infinite than how can something exist independently from god"

I thought about it, first hilberts hotel came to my mind and in parallel to that the reflex (also to that) that Infinity is not really a number or a real thing. Its just what we use when thinking about unboundedness. There is always a next step calculation possible, either the universe ends in a loop somewhere – so kind of infinite – or everything stops. I think it will loop.

But never the less there would be room for an unbound god too.
But 'truly' infinite is BS in the first place (my opinion)

Philosophy is so useless and science even though it works seems like wild goose chase. Existentialism is just making stuff up to feel good about ourselves. Society is doomed.

I researched Spinoza in the philosophy class that summer when i met whom i thought was the love of my life. A Beautiful story blossomed into a year and a half of what I felt was the purest form love I could ever encounter thinking only for it to be all taken away. It’s been 6 months since I’ve last seen him and 2 years since what it felt like the world stopped spinning when I looked into his eyes and here I am, clicking on a video and listening to what i was supposed to know all along. that what I called “forever” was only my mind extending a moment into infinity, and what I call loss is just change unfolding as it always is. He was not my whole world, but a finite part of it that I once understood through my own experience of love.

    But capitalism!
When somebody tell you the universe doesn't owe you anything, tell them it owes you everything. You owe it to yourself and you are the fucking universe.

This is some what align with what the buddha realised 2500 years ago.

The real freedom is to extinguish the inner fire of the concept of self, ego, identity. Seeing emotions for what it is as everything governs the universe is dependent origination. We are all part of a process unfolding. The freedom that we have is to choose how we participate in the process.

The way I think about the universe and our existence is that we may be like living cells within a much larger being or consciousness. In the same way that bacteria and microbes live inside a host without necessarily being aware that they are part of a larger organism, we may exist within something far greater than ourselves.

Our scale is so small compared to the vastness of the universe that we may be incapable of fully understanding the complexity, nature, or thoughts of a higher existence. What we call the universe could itself be a living entity, and we are simply tiny components within it—just as individual cells are part of a body, often unaware of the whole they help sustain.

6:55 …Very cult-like …It's what the Church of Scientology does to ex-members – LOL 😂 9:15 …."Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations" – Gene Roddenberry had it right. 11:45 …Wow 🤯 😮 That's literally how I've described god myself for many decades now: "G.O.D." – the Grand Ocean of Divinity… Holy crap! I've never heard anyone else come close to analogy. 👍🤣
