Rumor has it that the network did want Bruce Willis. They felt he didn't look like a leading man of that time. The only woman on the board said she thought he was good looking and a man who could handle himself in a dark alley against someone who had ticked him off.

Cybil Shepard's pregnancy is what freed him up to do Die Hard.

They would also over the run of the show would be airing the beginning or an episode while filming the ending and have to drive at break neck speeds to the studio to pop in the tape. What is card playing it wet. No time to review. No time to edit.

I got all six. I'm sitting here wondering what makes you think these shows are for gotten. Also you seem to have a negative obsession with shoulder pads, seek therapy.

If I remember correctly they unalived Valerie off in a house fire. The ultimate nuclear option since it explains why there are no photos of her for the family to look longingly at and reminisce that they could have done by unaliving her in a car accident.

My favorite was Moonlighting, but I admit the final seasons weren't that great. I remember all of these shows but didn't watch all of them. I liked what Garry Shandling did with his show. George Burns used to break the "4th wall" in episodes of Burns and Allen. Please do some videos about shows from the 1960s

The only one I didn't remember is The Days and Nights of Molly Todd. I didn't care for Bosom Buddies and Moonlighting while I liked Black's Magic and It's Gary Shandling's Show. In my defense on the latter: I was a preteen at the time so that brand of humor was up my alley; I probably would not have cared for it so much at any other age.

I've been asking to cover Bossom Buddies for weeks! I was only 5 years old when it was on TV and I still think about that show. It's never been forgotten!

I love Bosom Buddies, I own the DVD’s. After they mostly ditched dressing as women, Hanks and Scolari were hysterical together. But if it had succeeded we wouldn’t have gotten Tom’s film career.

Most of these shows, AND ACTORS (Geez! Peter Scolari had a Really solid career too, guys!! RIP!) were very easily remembered for ANYONE WHO WAS ACTUALLY ALIVE DURING THE 1980 s! Now, I know a LOT OF YOUTUBES AUDIENCE IS YOUNGER THAN 45, but us old farts are STILL AROUND!!

I actually first watched and enjoyed Blacke’s Magic in 1988. While the original run of Blacke’s Magic was limited to 1986, “Reruns later aired during the fall of 1988, to fill scheduling gaps caused by the 1988 Writers Guild of America strike.” I was disappointed that the show had been canceled for two years despite such great lead actors. I also liked Crazy Like a Fox, and after it was canceled thankfully got a special TV movie Still Crazy Like a Fox.
