Easy Wojapi: 1 qt each plain off the shelf apple & grape juice; 1 cup corn starch – slurry with 1 cup cold water; 2-4 cups berries(some of it raspberries add good flavor); sugar to taste.
Low boil apple & grape juice(if using any canned berries drain juice into this) in 4 – 5 qt pot.
Stir up corn starch then while stirring juice slowly add corn starch slurry & stir juice till it thickens, remove heat, add sugar and berries and stir good. Serve with frybread!
