i know what its saying, and have heard this advice before, and as much as i've come to understand and appreciate the message (i didn't always, took me a while), i still struggle with it. comes from living a strange life, with stranger issues and even stranger thoughts. all i know is, when i imagine what there is to love about myself, i draw a blank, but am aware that's no way to live, so i'm conflicted by the contradiction

oh wow, it's amazing how much the audio improved and, imo, how much better the video style is nowadays. the texts were always impressive though, that didn't change. nice to see a channel growing in a good way.
