It stinks. I wish we had concerts again. An entire festival for my favorite artist. I'll just watch it at home.

Two months after I got sober I was invited to be a vip guest at resonance fest (pretty girl tings) and I had a really great time. The band who invited me were absolute gentlemen, midwestern hospitality at its finest. They gave my friend and I a bed in their hotel room while all 9 of them slept on the floor/chairs of the room, the music wasn’t really my thing and the second night my friend who came with me and I got a tent from the festivals camp ground and I went to sleep at 7pm so I could drive us the 4 hours back to Philly the next day.
**oh side note, this festival was in PA which has kinda strict alcohol sales laws. There were no booze vendors in the place, no one I went with brought any, in the VIP sections back stage for bands they had kegs but literally every one of them all across the festival was shaken up or something and the taps didn’t work. And it was my birthday!! So 9/10 I had a great time sober at that fest

Beyond Meat was one of the first menu-items to make plant-based meat actually good. EVERY OTHER guenuinely sucks. Beyond meat is very good in taste ! It's simply, not meat tho.

Went to louder than life Saturday, 4:00 pm, so damn hot, they weren’t handing out any cold water bottles or hosing people down, expecting you to pay $10 for a bottle instead. Music was trash.
Yeah I should have waited until sunset to see the last 3 big bands, but hell I wanted to see my moneys worth. Ended up leaving after 2 hours because If I didn’t I would have had a heat stroke. NEVER AGAIN

I refuse to go to any festival/ rave situation on anything more than one to two drinks. Gotta be alert and ready not only to protect myself but to also protect those around me
