What is the reason we all feel, at least a little, insecure about ourselves? Is there any benefit to insecurity? Is there a healthy way to live with insecurity? In this video, we discuss a theory on the origins of insecurity and how to create balance with it so that it does not take over our lives.

No why is rejection so fearful the result would be being insecure. I don't care what people think, this sounds like it was written by someone whom barely knows what it feels like.
i feel both insecure and not, its complicated. i envy others, and get jealous, but also don't really seem to care, or at least don't bother trying to change to achieve whatever it is i feel i need to in order to get what or where those people have or are that i wish i could have for myself. which feels as weird as it sounds
Insecurity isn’t a life sentence. And no matter what caused your insecurity in the first place, it’s often the case that subtle habits are maintaining it now.
The world says they are that, but is their insecuritty really a trait, or a safety net to claim they arent overpowered in their insecurity that ceates insecurity in all the naturals that really deal with and have to deal with the inadequacies in real time IRL?

actually i feel a lot better. i can use it as fuel but i don’t have to feel its weight anymore. before it was crushing me into paralysis.
