I Hit 110k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. thanks to Brooke Miller for helping me achieve this

It's important to be aware of how banks can potentially exploit consumers. Financial management is crucial for building wealth and achieving success. However, many people shy away from this topic, leading to future financial struggles. Additionally, understanding the terms and conditions of your bank accounts and investments is essential to avoid hidden fees and other pitfalls.

The S&P 500 moved 8.9% higher last Month, achieving one of its best monthly performances in history.. which is an indicator for profits to continue to improve. I just want my money to keep outgrowing the inflation rate. I'm still looking for companies to make additions to my $500K portfolio, to boost performance. Here for ideas..

In these uncertain times, it's more important than ever to have a solid understanding of how to manage your finances, invest wisely and navigate economic downturns. But my primary concern is how to grow my reserve of $240k which has been sitting duck since forever with zero to no gains, sure I'm all in on the long term game, but with my savings are lying waste to inflation and my portfolio losing gains everyday, I need a remedy.

Crypto is risky as many would say but I think the actual risk in Crypto is not investing, buying the capitulation isn't a tough call, but it is a very tough call to figure out what to do aside holding. I remember when I just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 I ended up selling it because I was dumb and I didn't understand it. I studied and learned and now I know how it works. Got back into crypto early in 2023 with 10k and Iā€™m up with 128k in a short period of time

We fail to realize that banks are commercial enterprises that are driven by greed as well. The over-leveraging of assets by banks starting in 2020 was one of the factors that led to SVB's collapse. I've never felt secure keeping a large sum of money in a bank. In other words, I invest through my financial advisor, reap the benefits, and then spend the money.

he is right , other jobs are usually paying similar salaries as compared to investment banking , but he forgot to mention the Bonus compensation , which is the main deal here , whereas in other jobs , you wont get it , assuming your salary as same $100,000 per year , in the rest , you just get the base salary , but in investment banking , 25-100% of bonus compensation is included , that is another $25,000-$100,000 whopping , straight at the year end , which gives you total compensation of whopping $125,000-$200,000 , straight outta college , and after 2 years , it becomes $250,000-$350,000 as total compensation

Back in the days, when I purchased my first home to live in; that was Miami in the early 1990s, first mortgages with rates of 8 to 9% and 9% to 10% were typical. People will have to accept the possibility that we won't ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Pretty sure I'm not alone in my chain of thoughts.

Iā€™ve been diligently working, saving and contributing towards financial freedom and early retirement, but the economy so far since the pandemic has eaten away most of my portfolio, what I want to know is this: Do I keep contributing to my portfolio in these unstable markets or do I look into alternative sectors.

As a newbie about to invest, you must have these four things in mind

    1. Have a long term mindset.

    2. Be willing to take risk.

    3. Be careful on money usage, if you're not spending to earn back, then stop spending.

    4. Never claim to know – Ask questions and it's best you work with a financial advise like Nate Elishaa..

I feel investors should focus on under-the-radar stocks, considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises plummeting stocks that were once revered. I don't know where to go here out of devastation.

I'm an aspiring trader who would rather learn from other traders' experience than investing in the market myself, in anticipation of the next bull run. What are your thoughts on copy trading as well? Do individuals actually earn a living? Just trying to get some reassurance. I want to have a healthy portfolio worth at least $850,000. Reliable inputs please.

To obtain financial freedom, one must either be a business owner, an investor or both, generating passive income particularly on a weekly or monthly basis. Thatā€™s the key to living financially stable…

So, what do investment bankers actually do? šŸ¤” Iā€™ve saved up $332k in my emergency fund (no biggie šŸ™ƒ), and now I'm thinking itā€™s time to finally dive into real investments. But I could use a headstart! Anyone got a shortcut or do I have to do the olā€™ read-all-the-books route?

I have never been more annoyed by way someone talks than these banking types. I refuse to believe that there are people out there unintentionally speaking like no brain brats.
