Pilates Absolutely Broke Me
Well as you all know I’m in my health and wellness journey for 2026 and I decided to try Pilates! I went to Core Burn Pilates on the UES in NYC and they were more than lovely! I did not nail the class by any means, and I had a lot to say during it, but I didn’t give up(fully) and I think I will try and continue!

I just know this was a workout where you’re sore for like a week afterwards. It looked like you really really pushed yourself 👏

Idk if it makes you feel better Nick but I’m a 1990 baby who found Pilates last year and I also was shaking terribly/still shake terribly when I take a class lol

I'm as tall as Nick and I'm built like a brick house. Pilates is the best exercise I've ever had, and it's such a good compliment to weight training. Don't sleep on the weird sled.

🤣 It really hurts at first, it's gets easy after you get the muscles toned though.
