If you have the ceo of the market leader go all MAGA nazi, that sure makes it easier to gain market share.

9:33 I like the tesla facelifts because I can show their drivers the middle finger knowing full well they bought after the salute

@melhudson8448
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
We will never see an inexpensive EV in NA because of the stealership network.
@Ally-Oop
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
ID1 reportedly “highly unlikely” to hit U.S. but sign me up for the ID2. If I can’t have my damn electric beetle this is the next best thing.

VW calls it an EV ith artificial engine noises. But in reality it has a diesel engine. Its their new plan to beat emissions.

I can’t believe people are consciously choosing to boycott Tesla by buying VW, given that its history not just in Germany but in Xinjiang.

Is it Chinese?
@Martinko_Pcik
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
So Chinese SAIC builds EVs not only for GM but also for VW.
@mikeh.1130
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
So the EU is making someone buy an electric car they may not want or the automaker gets fined? How totalitarian of them. FU leftists.

23k for a car not much bigger than a smart is BS, and will disrupt nothing.
@ricardosousa11
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
Most people in European cities live in apartments, EV is never going far without major infrastructure. VW is at ATL business wise, closing factories for the first time in their history because of failed EVs, they arent changing anything, and they are selling less and less vehicles every year.
@kingofrivia1248
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
Its not 23k. VW is notorious for the fact that you can not buy this car for standard price. Not if you want air conditioning. Or bluetooth. If you actually get the basic features a modern car needs i guarantee you its 50k
@ProbablyLying
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
“Tesla’s pain is Volkswagen’s gain.” Could be a nice slogan on a t shirt…. Or for some pro VW march…
@glennalexon1530
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
No, Volkswagen is not "changing the game". No, they do not sell a "$23K EV". No, clickbait is not cool.
@MrFerrariF360

I wish they sold the ID3 in the US. I would buy it.
@optimizebrandon
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
They should change the name to voltzwagon
@sheadoolittle
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
They never cheated on emission tests either…
@dantebg100
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
23к for that trash? No way.
@willardSpirit
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
They should just sell the car but lease the batteries to lower the upfront costs. A few Chinese car makers do this already
@Noah_E
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
Spend more than ten seconds in a VW EV and you will realize they don't care about EVs or their customers at all. Everything you interact with looks and feels cheap. The level of cost cutting is absolutely ridiculous. Their ICE interiors have always been bland/sterile, but at least used quality materials, but there is nothing quality about their EV interiors.
@MGZetta
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
That car would be sold in China for $10k to gain proper market share.
@MGZetta
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
After Tesla's self exit and government protection from Chinese EVs, it would be quite embarrassing not to succeed in Europe.
@iu2

Volkswagen = criminal enterprise.
Has anyone served lengthyprison time for Dieselgate? The answer is no.
@heyfascistcatch
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
Why would anyone buy a European ev when u can buy a cheaper and better Chinese ev?
@Hyperion1040
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
No it's not 😊
@samsonsoturian6013
September 19, 2025 at 7:33 am
Come on. People only buy EVs to show off. No one will buy a cheap EV even if it has better value
