I'm aware of advil/ ibuprofen causing intense intestinal inflammation
Alcohol can be drano to the pipes too
Pasta can be inflammatory, gluten or wheat sensitivity exists without being specifically diagnosed as celiac
Dairy can be inflammatory
Sugar causes inflammation
I never knew about plant or nut lectins 😮
