Guest Bio: Dr. Steven Gundry is an American doctor and author. He is a former cardiac surgeon and currently runs his own clinic, investigating the impact of diet on health. Gundry conducted cardiac surgery research in the 1990s and was a pioneer in infant heart transplant surgery, and is a New York Times best-selling author of The Plant Paradox: The Hidden Dangers in “Healthy” Foods That Cause Disease and Weight Gain. He is best known for his disputed claims that lectins, a type of plant protein found in numerous foods, cause inflammation resulting in many modern diseases.

    The meat girl and chiropractors pretending to be doctors are wrong ! She is not not a Dietitian and she is not understanding liver disease and other health issues. She is spreading untrue information that can weaken or make health issues. She is not a DOCTOR. MODERATION IS BEST ADVICE

    Gundry’s theories are contrary to science! He should stick to cardiology and stop being a nutrition quack using his quackery to sell all kinds of products! Shame on you for hosting him, you may loose me as a listener!

    If you got the jab you’re simply a victim of big food, big pharma, big governmemt and many others behind the scenes on this planet taking control of us. People lost their lives, their jobs , their money and on and on. Open your eyes to what is happening in this world on a much larger scale and do your research because evil has no bounds! ❤️

    Seems like Dr. Gundry really limes to sell supplements. All this nonsense about lectins is surreal. I certainly will keep eating tomatoes, chia seeds and eggplant 😅.

    The gut doesn't have a wall,… there is absolutely no evidence that sugars are unhealthy,..keto diet has been proven to be unhealthy,..and every few of the population have a leaky gut, it is very uncommon.😮

    I'm aware of advil/ ibuprofen causing intense intestinal inflammation
    Alcohol can be drano to the pipes too
    Pasta can be inflammatory, gluten or wheat sensitivity exists without being specifically diagnosed as celiac
    Dairy can be inflammatory
    Sugar causes inflammation
    I never knew about plant or nut lectins 😮

    You said pecans in this video but in another you said it was apricot. Just wondering which one it was because I try to record data on what foods have cause people mental differences.
