I feel like Theo's mullet was more under control at this time. His mullet today is looking more like a professional wrestler's mullet from the 1986-1989 era. Makes me wonder what's driving that.

When Leno was guest on Letterman back in the day prior to the whole Tonight Show debacle it was great stuff. They were great together.
