Really, no. You have to ask yourself what would have compelled anyone to move from Europe to the Americas in the age of colonization, when most of them died in the first year.
The English would throw poor people >in England> off land their ancestors had worked for centuries. They were forced to migrate to the cities where they had no marketable skills. If they weren't forcibly conscripted into the army or navy, they'd be arrested for vagrancy and >forced> to go to the Americas. Or else they would sell themselves into seven years of "indentured servitude" to avoid starvation. Or else they were part of some persecuted minority religious community that had nowhere else to go. Apart from some of the fur trappers and some of the crazier puritans, no one in those days came to America because they >wanted> to be here.

There were some positive social developments in the US in the 1920's, but it was also a time when the KKK reached its peak membership, and the US government embraced authoritarianism. Some of the worst government abuses happened in the twenties.

I've always felt the saddest for Native Americans, they went through so many horrors and yet those alive today are usually kind and there's no racism from them when honestly they'd have a big reason to be since 95% were killed by disease or violence. I'm just sick of even hearing the word racism, it's so sad that it's something so many people still have, and not just from caucasians. Skin color has always been and still is the dumbest reason for hate and violence, and it's not just caucasians or African Americans, it can be anyone of any color. I don't understand how humans can't at least stop fighting over that.

The so called "Spanish Flu" is believed to not have originated in Spain. It is referred to as the Spanish Flu due to the Spanish being one of the few to report on the epidemic in the news, leading to the misnomer. Would definitely have liked to hear this addressed in the video as ignoring it does somewhat perpetuate the disinformation

It was a mass extinction that took place between the Permian period and the Triassic period. During this extinction 95% of all species that existed went extinct.
